For the amount they charge, you’d expect basic quality control and customer service. Instead, I received an incomplete order and felt like I got ripped off. Very disappointing experience, and I won’t be continuing my subscription.\n\nIf you’re looking to try fragrances, I’d recommend MicroPerfumes instead. They have way better prices than Scentbird, you can buy samples directly without being locked into a subscription, and you know exactly what you’re paying for. The perfume I wanted was out of stock and instead of notifying me before going to the next purchase it just automatically charges your account and goes to the next scent. This is not good business practice and before any transaction takes place I believe it should be confirmed with the customer first. Will not be purchasing again, the better option is to go to your local retailer test a perfume and purchase the whole bottle you will actually use and like than guessing every month anyway.
