Even after changing my credit card, Workiz somehow managed to continue charging me — now for the second month in a row. I canceled the subscription twice, but the system kept issuing new invoices and charging a different card, even though the original subscription should have already been deactivated.\n\nCustomer support is ignoring the problem, and the whole experience feels like an intentional effort to make cancellation difficult in order to keep charging customers.\n\nI strongly do not recommend using Workiz. After requesting to cancel at the end of July, the first person said that they would refund if another payment was taken out. Second person who called to basically ask why we are leaving and to say they have a 30 day period, That helps us gather information before they are allowed to cancel and will not refund any money. The bothersome part is the communication on their side.
